Induction and Awareness

When a construction project gets started, skilled work force starts reporting to administration in batches. They are not sent to various sites for doing work but they are sent to us for safety training. We give them lectures on various aspects and situations arising at work place for personal safety. We explain about using hand tools correctly and how personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gears are used. These lectures are part of our safety manual and procedure. Then we visually impress them through showing our own films made on importance of safety and it is done in the same auditorium where the lectures are given. Every batch is given 2 to 3 days training before the workers commence their work at site or in workshops.

This process lasts till all batches of workers get trained. If any company or establishment is already running and our services are required for training their work force, we can impart them training during process of production as per convenience for sparing few in batches for training till all are trained.
